Building Valuation Data. The International Code Council® is pleased to provide
the Building Valuation Data (BVD) for its members. ICC
publishes the BVD in an effort to provide the most efficient
set of information for jurisdictions to use. ICC strongly
recommends that all jurisdictions and other interested
parties actively evaluate and assess the impact of the
BVD table before utilizing it in their current code enforcement
activities.

ICC's Architectural and Engineering Services staff provides
building safety professionals with the requisite technical
expertise necessary in support of the ICC International
Codes® and the "legacy codes" formerly promulgated
by ICC's predecessor organizations (BOCA, ICBO and SBCCI).
This is accomplished through plan reviews, verbal and written
interpretations, formal code opinions, operational audit services,
technical consulting and contract services.
Welcome to the International Code Council’s Plan Review Services
The ICC plan review services are available to all state
and local governments as well as design professionals. This
service provides prompt and technically-comprehensive review
of all drawings and construction documents based on either
the ICC's International Codes or legacy codes (BOCA, ICBO,
SBCCI).
The ICC plan review service provides cost-effective, accurate
plan reviews with turnaround times coordinated with the permit
application processes. ICC plan review disciplines include
building (structural and nonstructural), mechanical, plumbing,
electrical, accessibility, energy conservation and fire protection
systems (includes sprinklers). An ICC plan review includes
accurate code interpretation, review of construction plans
for all applicable code disciplines, identification of areas
of noncompliance, and a detailed checklist of compliance with
and violations of the code as well as a free follow-up consultation.
